Lifting Slings

Lifting slings come in a variety of materials, such as steel or stainless steel chain and wire rope, polyester, Dyneema, and Super Techlon, to mention a few. They can provide a lightweight, flexible, and portable solution for lifting and handling the most awkward of objects.

As standard, our everyday polyester slings are supplied as single-leg slings, the same as our chain slings. However, instead of chains, the sling legs can easily be made from polyester webbing. This can be either our commonly used flat web slings or round slings, which can also be manufactured from our “floating” HMPE material that is lighter than water and highly abrasion-resistant.
